Family Eye Care Center participates in a wide range of medical and vision benefit plans.  WELLNESS vision exams are usually covered under vision plans, while examinations for specific medical conditions and problems are typically covered by medical plans.  

Call our office and speak with Dee Dee to assist you to determine your benefits by calling our office and and discussing your individual needs.  Our insurance department works with our patients to determine whether further authorization  or referrals are required.
