EMPLOYEES

Staff 12 robinROBIN is the Office Manger. Robin will usually be the first smiling face you see when you enter the waiting room. Her responsibility is to help provide continuity of care for our patients. If you have a general office question including scheduling, please ask Robin. Additionally she is responsible for our patient’s overall office experience. Her knowledge of the Optometric profession and 31 years experience in management affords her the ability to provide support in virtually all areas of the practice. Don’t be surprised to see Robin all around the office!

 

Staff 10 ChristyCHRISTY is the Administrative Support Assistant.   Christy assists with the adminstrative role of the practice. Including the follow-up on licensing and credentialing. Christy’s years of experience in management and training in all aspects of the practice allows her to meet and exceed the patient’s experience while at FECC. Christy also assists as pre-test and lab technician.

 
FECC 2012 staff 2 of 2 003DEE DEE is our Insurance Specialist. Dee Dee is very knowledgeable in coding, insurance and insurance companies with 10 + years of experience. Her primary duties include precertification, obtaining eligibility and billing. If you have a question regarding your insurance Dee Dee will have the answer!

 

 

FECC 2012 staff 2 of 2 005SHERRI is our Medical and Contact Lens Technician. Sherri is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant with 10 years of experience in the optometric profession. She not only does the preliminary testing for Dr. Craig but she assists the doctor with medical testing. As the contact lens technician she is always working to find the best contact lens solution to meet the patients needs. If you have questions on contact lenses please ask Sherri.

 

FECC 2012 staff 2 of 2 008CHRISTIE is the Optical and Lab tech. Christie assists the patient’s in selecting not only stylish eye wear but assists Dr. Craig in selecting the best lens options to meet the patient’s medical needs. If you have questions on frames and lenses contact Christie.

 

GINA is the In-take and Pre-Testing Technician. Gina assists our patients by assisting with the preliminary testing. She Assists the Medical Tech and Dr. Craig in gathering information prior to the examination.
